Snow Storm Blankets North-East USA


“I am tired of the persistent cold and cannot wait for Spring to come”; said Willie, a resident of the town of Bladensburg who was interviewed today as the fifth snow storm blankets much of the North Eastern States of the United States of Washington DC, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware etc.


The storm, which started in the wee hours of today, caused Schools, Government offices and some business not to open for the day. With temperature dropping into the teens (Fahrenheit, minus-7 to minus-10 Celsius) and the normal highs are around 50 (10C) at this point.

The snow dumped up to 10 inches of snow in some areas and as high as 12 in some others causing more than 2,700 flight cancellations.
